Stock orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Normal shipping time for a custom order is 10 working days (2 calendar weeks). If a rush is requested, every effort will be made to accommodate the customer. No rush orders will be accepted with our prior factory approval.
Rush orders will be subject to a 25% additional charge of the invoice total.

Terms to established accounts are net 30 days. Any account exceeding 30 days will be placed on COD. No new orders will be shipped open account with an account balance that exceeds 30 days.

All new accounts will be shipped COD, company check acceptable. It is the responsibility of the new account to request a credit application and apply for net 30 day terms.

All delinquent accounts are subject to a 1 1/2% interest charge per month.

All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee, and that account will be placed on COD, cash only.

The customer agrees to be responsible for any and all charges and fees resulting from the collection process of delinquent accounts.

It should be noted that under certain conditions, ordering a larger quantity of pieces could result in a lower cost per piece. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine this when placing orders.

All prices, except where noted, are based on the fact that we receive camera ready artwork. Camera ready artwork is original, black and white art, color separated with overlays for each color, if required. Anything less than this will be subject to additional art charges.

Black and white proofs of jobs we typeset will be submitted, no charge, but only on request.

Any artwork, sketches or material submitted to us will be returned only on request.

Artwork charges are for our preparation of that order for reproduction. All artwork prepared by our staff, even though charged to the customer, shall remain our exclusive property.

Telephone orders for custom work will be accepted. We assume no responsibility for the accuracy or the job unless confirmed, in writing, prior to the start of the job.

All orders are shipped UPS ground. The actual shipping charges will be added to the invoice. An additional packing charge will be assessed as follows:
$4.00 up to 9 lbs., $5.00 up to 19 lbs., $6.00 up to 39 lbs. and $7.00 over
40 lbs. Any other shipping request will be subject to additional charges.
Orders shipped outside the continental United States will require additional handling fees.
Custom orders shipped plus or minus 5% are considered complete.
Our normal vacation schedule is to close between Christmas and New Years. Please adjust for this in your ordering schedule.
